Where are your acrylic charms?
Currently, I only sell charms/pins/others in person at conventions. Although that should change soon! I'm currently looking to add charms to my online store sometime mid 2023. But note, this would be domestic shipping (NZ) ONLY.

Refunds & Replacements
I do not do refunds, but I can replace products / orders for you. If your package is lost / damaged in the mail, let me know and I will resend your order for free. However, I do not do change-of-mind replacements. Thankyou!
Wrong Address
If you have entered in your address incorrectly, please let me know as soon as possible. It's important that I change your address before it is shipped out. Otherwise, I may have to charge you to ship out a replacement order.
