Free Shipping
A free shipping option should appear for orders over $100 NZD.
I understand that is a high threshold, but unfortunately it is not sustainable for a small artist to offer free shipping for orders below $100

This offer is available for stickers / art prints worldwide. However, it is not available for any other products.

I ship from Auckland New Zealand
Why can't you ship to my country?
If you cannot ship to your country at the check out option, that means that I am unsure if I can ship to you. If you wish, you can message me to request that I sort out shipping with you specifically.
Why can't I purchase anything other than prints / stickers as an international customer?
Currently shipping anything other than prints and stickers internationally is too expensive for the customer. I may create an option for international shipping in the future, but regardless it will still be very expensive. For now, if you are an international customer, please take a look at my prints and stickers, which can be delivered cheaply to you.
If you wish, you can message me to request that I sort out shipping with you specifically. But the 'free shipping' option will not be available.
Delivery Issues
It is very rare for orders to go missing. Usually if the order has not been delivered, it is an issue with the delivery address.
TRACKED PARCELS:
Please contact NZPost with your tracking number and you may request that they reroute the order to a viable address. If you do not have a viable address, you can have it sent to your local Post shop or box lobby and pick it up there.
If the order is marked as 'delivered' but you cannot find it, please take a good look around. Contact NZpost to help you locate it.
Lost orders due to our error will be reshipped for free. Lost orders as result of customer error unfortunately cannot be refunded or replaced as we have lost stock.
UNTRACKED PARCELS:
If there is no tracking number (prints / stickers are not tracked), and you have waited well beyond the shipping target. Then contact me directly.
APARTMENTS / BUSINESS ADDRESS:
Please make sure that if you live in an apartment (or something similar) that you include the apartment number as well as the building address. It is important that the full address is included so that the order will not get lost. (remember to contact NZ post, you may be able to reroute the order!)
Please note that it is risky to deliver to business addresses. They might not always be delivered. (remember to contact NZ post, you may be able to reroute the order!)
If you are unsure if your address is viable, you can have it sent to your local Post shop or box lobby and pick it up there.
Damaged Mail
I do not do refunds, but I can replace products for you. If your package arrives damaged, immediately let me know and I will send out replacement products or parts. However, I do not do change-of-mind replacements. Thankyou!
