Unfortunately it is alot of work to take on a bunch of commissions. So I rarely have them open while I have university.

Why can't you ship to my country?
If you cannot ship to your country at the check out option, that means that I am unsure if I can ship to you. If you wish, you can message me to request that I sort out shipping with you specifically.
Why can't I purchase anything from the 'accessories' collection as an international customer?
Currently shipping anything other than prints and stickers internationally is too expensive for the customer. I may create an option for international shipping in the future, but regardless it will still be very expensive. For now, if you are an international customer, please take a look at my prints and stickers, which can be delivered cheaply to you.
If you wish, you can message me to request that I sort out shipping with you specifically. But the 'free shipping' option will not be available.
Refunds & Replacements
I do not do refunds, but I can replace products / orders for you. If your package is lost / damaged in the mail, let me know and I will resend your order for free. However, I do not do change-of-mind replacements. Thankyou!
Wrong Address
If you have entered in your address incorrectly, please let me know as soon as possible. It's important that I change your address before it is shipped out. Otherwise, I may have to charge you to ship out a replacement order.
